This is a super cool and hard to find Yamaha SBV-500 bass in sonic blue finish! The bass is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard.
This bass shows normal cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches and light scuffs with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The maple neck has started to age from over time and the hardware is starting to show normal light tarnishing. This bass is otherwise in nice shape overall with plenty of life in the frets. All of the electronics work as they should.
This bass is all original, outside of replacement strap buttons.
This guitar comes freshly set up with D'addario EXL170 (45-100) strings.
