This Yamaha SA-2100 plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of a beech and birch top with an alder block center, "C" shape mahogany neck, and ebony fretboard. The controls also include coil splitting capabilities in both tone knobs.
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over time that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The binding around the neck and body has aged from over time and the gold hardware and pickups also show normal patina consistent with age. The burgundy finish also shows some clouding from over time. The frets play great with plenty of life left and the electronics work as they should.
This guitar is all original.
