This is a super cool vintage Tokai Hard Puncher PB-48 that plays and sounds great! This bass absolutely has a hard and punchy sound and the neck feels very comfortable to play,
This bass does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing from over the years. The volume pot is slightly crooked but otherwise functions normally. The frets are used but still play great overall and the electronics work as they should.
This bass has replaced electronics and a set of Schecter P-style pickups. The pickbuard has also been replaced and the volume knob has been added. This bass is otherwise original.
