This vintage made in Japan Squier PB62-50 Precision Bass Reissue plays and sounds great! This one was produced in the Fujigen Factory and sports a JV serial number with a 1984 date stamp on the neck heel. The bass is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. This example highlights how fantastic these early Fender Japan instruments really are!
This vintage bass shows normal cosmetic wear for its age that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, small dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware also shows normal patina that is consistent with aging. The frets exhibit normal play wear from over time but otherwise still play great with life left and the electronics work as they should.
This bass is all original.
