This PRS CE Custom plays and sounds great! This is one of the earlier examples from 1991 and has held up really well over the many years of play. This one features 24 frets and the vintage sunburst finish has a really nice flame.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and small finish chips throughout the body with additional dings and scratches along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware and pickups also show normal patina consistent with aging. The frets exhibit only normal light play wear with plenty of life left and the electronics work as they should.
The bridge pickup has been swapped for a Seymour Duncan SH-1 and the rotary switch was replaced for a traditional 3 way pickup selector. The Schaller tuners are also later replacements. This guitar is otherwise original.
