This is a very rare and hard to find left handed Orville by Gibson LPC-75 Les Paul Custom! This guitar is a top of the line Japanese-made Les Paul commissioned by Gibson, using a nitro lacquer finish, as well as Gibson USA pickups and hardware. The neck profile has a slim "C" shape and the tone woods include a maple top, mahogany body and neck, and a rosewood fretboard.
This guitar does show cosmetic wear from over the years. Most notably, this guitar has had a headstock repair professionally done by our luthier, Tom Jacobs. There's also various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional scratches and dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The binding around the neck and body have yellowed from over time and the gold hardware shows normal tarnishing. The frets still appear to be in nice shape overall and the electronics work as they should.
The volume knobs and pickup selector switch tip have been replaced, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
