The Morris MJ-405 were limited in production in the 1980's. These models were known for the star inlays and double pickguard but this one appears to have had the pickguard removed. Absolutely beautiful sounding vintage acoustic!
This guitar shows signs of cosmetic wear from over the years. There's various scratches and scuffs on the front and back of the body. There's a bit of discoloration/dulling on the finish. There's also a noticeable chip in the finish on the front of the body and the label on the inside is lifting up slightly. The headstock shows some small dings and light scratching as well and the frets have normal wear. The action is currently set to medium at .09" up on the 12th fret.
Listing this in "fair" condition as the neck is straight, but the truss rod is currently maxed out.
This guitar is all original.
Includes the pictured hard case.
