This Martin D-19 from 1979 plays and sounds great! These were in production for only a few years and are very hard to find.
This guitar shows a few signs of cosmetic wear from over the years. The body shows various surface scratches and small dents throughout and there's some chips along the rim of the sound hole. There's a tiny crack underneath the pickguard above the bridge that has been professionally repaired by trusted luthier, Tom Jacobs of Jacobs Guitars. The headstock shows some minor dings and there appears to be some scuffing underneath a couple of the tuning keys. The finish appears to be checking slightly in some areas on the body as well. There's also scratches that go all the way down the back of the body and neck. The frets show normal play wear but still play great.
The pickguard has been replaced due to the original guard shrinking. The original pickguard is included inside the case.
