This vintage made in Japan Ibanez Roadstar RG50 plays and sounds great! The neck has a comfortable "C" shape profile and the red finish gives the guitar a very striking appearance. These early Roadstars are a great value, providing top notch Fujigen craftsmanship at an attainable price point.
This guitar is in nice shape for its age, it does show normal cosmetic wear from decades of play that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also some finish cracks on the back of the body and a finish chip near the neck pocket. The hardware and pickups also show light patina from over time. The frets still have plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
