This Ibanez LR10 Lee Ritenour Signature plays and sounds great! The guitar is equipped with Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups which sound great paired with the semi-hollow body construction. This model wasn't officially introduced until 1982, so with a December 1980 production date, this is a extremely early example!
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional scratching and dings on the headstock. The binding is also chipped and cracked all throughout and has yellowed from over time. There's also some finish cracks near the neck heel and on the headstock. Despite these cracks, the guitar appears to still be structurally sound. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing. The frets are used but still play well with medium action and the electronics work as they should.
The pickguard is missing, otherwise this guitar is original.
