This is a super cool vintage Greco TD-500 made in the Matsumoku Factory in Japan! This one has no serial but is estimated to be from 1974. This is a very fine example of the Fender copies made during that time, and has retained its charm throughout the many years of play.
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear as you would expect from a vintage instrument. The body shows various scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips all throughout with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware and pickups also show oxidation from over time and there's scratches and discoloration along the edges of the fretboard. The frets are pretty worn at this time but the neck still feels comfortable to play with medium action. Shims have been added to the bridge and neck pocket for a better neck angle.
The bridge saddles have been replaced, otherwise this guitar appears to be original. The original saddles are included inside the case.
