This vintage Greco Spacey Sound SE700 plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an ash body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard. The neck feels comfortable to play and the pickups output a vintage tone. This Greco comes from the tail end of Fender style Greco guitars being manufactured. In 1982 Kanda Shokai and Fender reached an agreement that would result in the birth of Fender Japan, and discontinuation of Fender-style Greco branded guitars. These late-era Greco's share a lot of DNA with early Fender Japan, making them quite coveted and for good reason.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware and pickups also show some normal patina that is consistent with age. The frets have normal play wear, still playing great across the neck and the electronics work as they should.
The tremolo arm has been replaced, otherwise this guitar is original.
