This is a super cool and hard to find 1977 Greco MR-1000 that plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of a maple top, mahogany body, and an ebony fretboard. The neck profile has a slim "C" shape and the guitar is equipped with Maxon U-3000 humbuckers.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips throughout the body with additional wear along the back of the neck and headstock. It appears that this guitar may have possibly had a neck reset at one point in time given that there is a visible line all the way around the neck pocket area. The neck angle looks to be correct and the guitar is otherwise structurally sound. The hardware shows normal tarnishing and the binding around the body has yellowed from over time. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
This guitar appears to be all original.
