This vintage Gibson SG200 is one of the earliest SG examples that was produced between 1971-1972. These are incredibly rare and hard to come by.
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years. This guitar has had a headstock repair, but not in the orientation you'd expect. This had a vertical crack along the bass side tuners that has been properly repaired and is super solid now. As well as having a very visible repair on the headstock, the finish has peeled and worn has significantly over time through the entire guitar. There's also various scratches, scuffs, and dents all throughout the body, along the back of the neck, and headstock. The frets are very worn and the hardware also shows some tarnish from over the years.
The tuners, volume/control knobs, and bridge all appear to be replacements. It also appears that this guitar has some modified electronics. This guitar is otherwise original.
