This 1997 Gibson Flying V '67 plays and sounds great! The neck profile is true to the '60s feel and this one has had quite a few tasteful modifications from over time. This V now sports Seymour Duncan TB-11 and SH-2 humbuckers which sound fantastic. The tuners have been upgraded to Grovers, and the plastics are now a matching tortoise shell set.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional scratches and dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware and pickups show normal tarnishing from over time and the holes from the previous tuners are visible underneath the Grover tuners. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The pickups are Seymour Duncan TB-11/SH-2 Humbuckers and the pots and output jack have been replaced. The pickguard, truss rod cover, knobs, and bridge hardware are also replacements. The Grover tuners have also been added. This did not come with the original tuners/pickups/ect.
Includes the pictured OHSC. The bottom latch is broken but the case is otherwise secure.
