This is a super cool 1999 Fender US Lone Star Stratocaster that plays and sounds great! This guitar has an HSS pickup configuration featuring a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Humbucker in the bridge position and Texas Special single coil pickups in the middle and neck positions. The Teal Green Metallic finish looks incredible!
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips all throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's a particularly large gash located on the lower side of the body and some finish cracks located at the neck pocket. The pearl white pickguard has yellowed from over time and the hardware is lightly tarnished. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The pickup covers, knobs, and switch tip have been swapped from white to black. The strap buttons have been replaced and the Fender locking tuners have also been added. This guitar is otherwise original.
Includes the pictured hard case. Two of the latches on the case have been replaced.
