This Fender Standard Stratocaster plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard. This straight ahead Strat delivers all the classic Strat sounds, stays in tune well, and has a super comfy neck!
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also a large finish chip located on the back side of the body. The maple fretboard shows sings of aging and the hardware and pickups show tarnishing and oxidation from over time. The plastics have also aged from the many years. The frets exhibit normal play wear but otherwise still have plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
The volume pot has been replaced, otherwise this guitar is original.
