This crafted in Japan Fender ST-57 Stratocaster Reissue plays and sounds great! This example is one of the earliest "CIJ" era guitars, carrying an "N" serial number prefix, putting production around 1996. This guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard.
The finish is a rare "Inca Silver" and was likely a shop order made in small production numbers. The finish has since aged really nicely, now displaying a cool green hue.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body, particularly along the sides with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The frets are used with noticeable grooves starting to form but otherwise still play well overall. The electronics work as they should.
This guitar appears to be all original.
