This made in Japan Fender ST-535 Contemporary Stratocaster plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. The medium 24.75" scale length feels very comfortable.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional scuffs along the back of the neck and headstock. The back of the headstock also has a few finish chips as well. The hardware and pickups show normal tarnishing and the back electronics cover has worn from over time. The frets are used but still play great overall and the electronics work as they should.
The knobs and locking pieces have been replaced and the tremolo arm has also been added. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
