This is a super cool vintage made in Japan Fender Boxer Series ST-456 Stratocaster that plays and sounds great! The neck has a comfortable "C" shape profile and the HSS pickup configuration provides so much versatility.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's a buckle rash located on the back of the body and the spring cover is chipped in the corner. The hardware and pickups also show normal patina consistent with aging. The frets exhibit only normal play wear for their age with plenty of life left and the electronics work as they should.
This guitar is all original, outside of a replacement tremolo arm.
