This is a super cool vintage Fender Mustang from 1978! This one has definitely been played over the many years and is an excellent example of a 1970's Mustang.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with quite a bit of finish wear along the sides. The back of the neck is also scraped up and there's additional wear throughout the headstock. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing for the guitar's age. All in all, the cosmetic wear adds to the charm of this vintage instrument. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The black pickguard may or may not be a replacement, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
