This crafted in Japan Fender JM66-86 TOM Jazzmaster Reissue plays and sounds great! These Jazzmasters come with a Tune-O-Matic bridge from the factory and are quite difficult to come by. The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, finish chips and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The pickup covers show some minor cracks and have yellowed from over time. The frets are still in nice shape and the electronics work as they should.
Some of the electronics have been replaced such as the pickup selector switch, output jack, tone pot, and rhythm circuit switch. The tremolo arm has also been added. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
