This is a very cool and hard to find made in Japan Fender JB62-70 Jazz Bass Reissue that plays and sounds great! This bass is comprised of a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. The transparent green finish is a really neat color! This example was made in the Fujigen factory between 1993 and 1994.
This bass does show some normal cosmetic wear from 30+ years of play that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also several finish cracks running down the lower front and along the back of the body. The gold hardware shows normal patina from age as well. The frets exhibit only light play wear with plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
