This crafted in Japan Fender JB-62 Jazz Bass Reissue plays and sounds great! This bass is comprised of a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. The Sonic Blue finish looks great and has aged very nicely, appearing nearly surf green!
This bass does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and small dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The Sonic Blue finish has aged beautifully from over the years and the hardware and pickups show some normal patina consistent with aging. The frets exhibit only light play wear with plenty of life left and the electronics work as they should.
The bridge saddles and volume knobs have been replaced, otherwise this bass is original.
