This 2011 Fender American Vintage '57 Precision Bass plays and sounds great! The maple neck feels very solid and comfortable to play and the factory pickups provide the classic punchy tone of a proper Precision Bass. The lacquer finish looks incredible, displaying some beautiful aging.
This bass does show some cosmetic wear from over time that includes light surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The white blonde finish has aged beautifully from over the years and the hardware and pickups show normal patina that is also consistent with aging. The maple fretboard also shows some lacquer wear from over time. The frets are in great shape with plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
This bass is all original.
