This made in Japan Epiphone Les Paul Special LQ plays and sounds great! These were made exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and are very hard to come by in the U.S. The lacquer TV Yellow finish looks incredible and the guitar is outfitted with two P90 pickups. The neck has a very comfortable '60s profile.
This guitar shows minor cosmetic wear from over the years that includes light surface scratches, scuffs, small chips, and dents throughout the body with additional light scratches on the headstock. The hardware is also starting to show normal light tarnishing from over time. The frets still have plenty of life and play great across the neck and the electronics work as they should.
