This is a super cool Danelectro '56-U3 that is reminiscent of the old Silvertone U models from the 50's and 60's. It features a select-o-matic switch that offers six different pickup voicings and a blower switch that activates all of the pickups making this a highly versatile instrument. These were manufactured between 1998-2001.
This guitar shows a few signs of cosmetic wear/imperfections. Most notably, there's a hole next to the tremolo system that might have been the result of the installation. There's also some light scuffs on the sides of the guitars and a small dent on the back of the neck. The headstock has a couple of dings as well and the frets have normal wear.
The Bigsby style vibrato has been added and the pickguard is missing, otherwise this guitar is original.
Includes the pictured gig bag.
