This is a super cool 1982 B.C. Rich Eagle Bass with original active electronics and DiMarzio pickups! In addition to master volume/tone and 3-way pickup selector, the controls include a 6-way Veritone rotary switch, phasing mini switch, two series parallel mini switches, on/off mini switch, and a booster preamp circuit.
This bass does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years that include various scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips throughout the body. There's also additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock and the serial number is partially scratched off. The first two digits of the serial number are still visible however, making it possible to correctly identify the year of manufacture. The hardware shows some tarnish and the pickup covers have also aged from over time. The frets show normal play wear for a 42 year-old bass and the electronics work as they should.
This bass appears to be original.
