This is a super cool made in Japan Yamaha Super Jam 500. These were manufactured between the late 1970's - mid 1980's and are very hard to find outside of Japan. The body appears to be sort of a cross between a Telecaster and Stratocaster shape and the neck feels comfortable to play.
This guitar does show some signs of cosmetic wear from over the years. The body shows various scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout and there's a couple of chips on the back of the neck pocket. The headstock also shows a few dings and there's additional dents and scuffs along the back of the neck. The frets show normal play wear and the hardware is lightly tarnished from over time.
This guitar is all original.
Includes the pictured gig bag.
