This is a super cool and hard to find crafted in Japan Fender MB-SD/CO Competition Mustang Reissue that plays and sounds great! The bass is equipped with Duncan Designed Mustang Bass pickups and the ocean turquoise metallic finish has aged very nicely from over time.
This bass does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the headstock. The ocean turquoise finish and pearl white pickguard have also aged from over time and the guard is lifting just slightly in the upper corner. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing. There's also noticeable imprints from where there had been adhesive stickers placed at one point in time. The frets are used but the strings still play great with a medium action and the electronics work as they should.
This bass appears to be all original.
