This crafted in Japan JGS J-Craft Jaguar Special HH plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. This is a fantastic player's instrument and the gunmetal redburst finish is a really neat color that is starting to age nicely from over time. This example has been upgraded with Seymour Duncan pickups, and is ready to rock!
This guitar has obviously been well played over the years, and has the wear to prove it. There is various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware and pickups also show some tarnish and oxidation from over time. The frets exhibit normal play wear but still have plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
The pickups include a Seymour Duncan SH-5 in the bridge position and a Seymour Duncan Trembucker in the neck position. This guitar otherwise appears to be original and has been set up with D'Addario EXL110 .010-.046 gauge strings.
