This made in Japan Fender JB-62 Jazz Bass Reissue plays and sounds great! The bass is comprised of a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. This example was made between 1993 and 1994 in the Fujigen factory.
This bass shows normal cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also a couple finish chips located on the lower side of the body and the hardware shows normal tarnishing from over time. The frets are still in nice shape and play great along the neck and the electronics work as they should.
This bass is freshly set up with D'Addario EXL170 .045-.100 gauge strings. The tone pot is a later replacement, otherwise this bass is all original.
