This made in Japan JB-62 Jazz Bass Reissue plays and sounds great! This one has an E serial with the neck stamp dating the guitar to 1986. This bass features the factory cloth wire USA vintage pickups.
This is an awesome early MIJ Jazz Bass that exemplifies why the guitars and basses manufactured in the Fuijgen factory in this era are so celebrated today.
This bass does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that include various scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips throughout the body, particularly along the sides. The back of the maple neck and headstock have aged and the hardware shows some light tarnish from over time. The frets are used but still have plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
The pickguard and screws have been replaced, otherwise this bass appears to be original.
Includes the pictured gig bag.
