This is a very rare and hard to find Guyatone LG-2100 Sharp 5 that plays and sounds great! The neck has a slim profile and the ebony fretboard makes it easy to get around on the neck. A pervious owner upgraded the pickups to a set of Bartolini's and this guitar sounds great, the pickups boast hi-fi clarity while retaining the characteristics you would expect of single coils.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional scratches and dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's particularly quite a bit of scratching on the back of the body. There's also a crack in one of the bridge posts, making it difficult to adjust the action. Despite this, the guitar still has comfortable action. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The pickups were swapped for Bartolini Pickups, otherwise this guitar is original.
