This crafted in Japan Fender MG-65 Mustang Reissue plays and sounds great! This one has been tastefully modified for an HS pickup configuration, now sporting a Seymour Duncan TB-14 Custom 5 Trembucker pickup, and the stock cloth wire single coil in the neck. The tone woods include a poplar body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also several imprints visible on the back of the body and headstock from where stickers had been placed at one point in time. The hardware shows normal tarnishing from over time. The frets are still in nice shape and the electronics work as they should.
The bridge pickup cavity and pickguard have been professionally routed to fit the Seymour Duncan TB-14 Humbucker and some of the electronics have also been replaced. The tremolo arm and strap buttons are also replacements. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
Includes the pictured Fender gig bag. The bag has a couple of tears but is otherwise secure.
