This is a super cool Fender American Vintage Series Hot Rod '60s Precision Bass that plays and sounds great! The neck has a very comfortable modern "C" shape and the electronics include dual volume and tone controls. The PJ pickup configuration also provides so much tonal versatility.
This guitar shows minor cosmetic wear that includes light surface scratches, scuffs, and small dents throughout the body from normal play. The back of the neck and headstock also show some additional light scratches and there's a small chip underneath the corner of the neck plate. The frets are still in nice shape and the electronics work as they should.
The previous owner installed pearl dot inlays on the fretboard. These were replaced from clay dot inlays for better visibility and the job appears to have been professionally done. The strap buttons have also been replaced for Fender strap locks. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
Includes the pictured OHSC and case candy.
