This is a very rare and hard to find Kay Effector estimated to be from around 1983. This guitar plays great and is equipped with really fun built in effects including echo, tremolo, wah, whirl wind, and fuzz at the flip of a few switches. There's also a speed knob for dialing in the various effects and a switch for in/out of phase.
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips all throughout the body with plenty of additional wear along the back of the neck and throughput the headstock. There's a long finish crack down the center of the back of the headstock and there are holes visible from where there were previously different tuners at one point. The washers around the front of the tuners are slightly lifting but otherwise function as normal. The binding around the neck and body have yellowed from over time and show cracks and scuffs throughout. The frets have normal play wear for their age and the electronics work as they should.
Some of the tuners have been replaced over time, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
