This is a super cool vintage made in Japan Univox Hi-Flier bass that plays and sounds great! This one appears to be a phase 4 which would mean that it is among one of the last iterations of the Hi-Flier before they were discontinued in the 1980s. The bass features a short 30" scale length and is equipped with double humbuckers that provide a punchy tone.
This bass does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The pickups have yellowed from over time and the hardware shows normal tarnishing. The frets are used but otherwise still play great and the electronics work as they should.
This bass is all original.
