This made in Japan Orville Les Paul Standard plays and sounds great! The neck has a '60s profile and the guitar is equipped with Orville PAF style Humbuckers.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings on the headstock. There's also quite a bit of finish chipping along the lower side of the body near the strap button as well as on the back of the neck underneath the 7th and 8th frets. The binding around the neck and binding has also aged from over time. The D string tuner is slightly crooked but otherwise still functions as it should. A few of the fret inlays appear to have started lifting and had been re-glued. The frets are in nice shape and play great, exhibiting only normal light play wear and the electronics work as they should.
The pickguard, neck pickup ring, and switch tip are replacements. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
