This vintage Greco Super Real EGF1000 plays and sounds great! This one has a lacquer finish with a really nice flame top and the neck profile has a solid '50s shape. This guitar is loaded with a set of vintage DiMarzio pickups, which have clearly been with this guitar for a long time. This double-white set consists of a DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge and DiMarzio PAF in the neck.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The side of the lower body is chipped around the lower strap button. There's also some finish wear on the back of the body imprinted from where it appears a sticker had been placed at one point in time. The binding around the neck and body has yellowed significantly and the plastics also show aging. The hardware and pickups show normal tarnishing as well. The EGF1000 sticker on the back of the headstock has also started peeling from over time. The G string tuner is slightly crooked but otherwise functions as it should. The frets are used but still play great overall and the electronics work as they should.
The pickups are a set of vintage DiMarzio humbuckers, there's a Super Distortion in the bridge position and a PAF in the neck (13k ohms for the bridge / 7.6k ohms for the neck). There's also a couple extra strap button holes that have been filled. The output jack cover is also a replacement. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
