This made in Japan Fender ST72-86DSC Stratocaster Reissue plays and sounds great! This one has scallop frets and the tone woods include a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard. This guitar recreates Yngwie Malmsteen's signature Stratocaster.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The plastics have yellowed from over time and the hardware shows normal tarnishing and oxidation. There's also an imprint on the back of the body from where a sticker had been placed at one point in time. The frets play great exhibiting only normal light play wear and the electronics work as they should.
This guitar is all original.
