This made in Japan Fender ST-362V Stratocaster Reissue plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. The pickups have been upgraded to a Seymour Duncan HSS configuration with a Hot Rails in the bridge, and SSL-3 Hot Strat pickups in the middle and neck positions. These hot single coil pickups balance quite nicely with the humbucker.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The Olympic White finish has aged from over time and the hardware shows normal light tarnishing. The nut had a small crack but has since been repaired and functions as it should. The frets play great and are in nice shape, exhibiting only light play wear with plenty of life left. The electronics work as they should.
The tortoise shell pickguard is a replacement and the pickups are a set of Seymour Duncan single coil pickups. The electronics have also been replaced. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
