This is a super cool made in Japan order made Fender ST-57 Stratocaster Reissue that plays and sounds great! The maple neck has a "D" shape profile and the pickups are a set of USA Texas Special single coil pickups.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and body. There's also an area of discoloration located on the front of the headstock near the low E tuner. The end of the fretboard also shows quite a bit of lacquer wear from over time and the gold hardware has normal tarnishing. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The backplate is a later replacement. This guitar came in with an ESP branded neck plate. There's also an extra strap button hole that has since been filled. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
