This is a very rare and fun to play Fender MPB-33R Mini Precision Bass from Japan! This bass has a short 22" scale length and is super lightweight at just under 6 pounds. Despite its small size, this bass is still capable of functioning as a proper Precision Bass that packs a powerful punch.
This bass shows is in great shape for its age at over 30 years old! It shows normal cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and small dents throughout the body with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The frets are in great shape with plenty of life and the truss rod has plenty of room to turn in both directions. The electronics work as they should and the hardware looks clean with minimal tarnishing.
The volume/tone knobs are replacements and the bridge was upgraded to the Badass Bridge II. This bass is otherwise original.
