This made in Japan Fender JB-62 Jazz Bass Reissue plays and sounds great! This bass is comprised of a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard.
This bass does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There is a repaired crack on the headstock, extending from the low E tuner, everything feels very stable here. The hardware and pickups also show normal tarnishing from over time and the fretboard shows some light wear from the many years of play. The frets play great exhibiting only normal play wear and the electronics work as they should.
The middle volume pot has been replaced, otherwise this bass is original.
