This vintage Burny Rock'n Roll Version TV-55 plays and sounds great! This is a great recreation of the classic '59 Les Paul Junior Double Cutaway, with a comfortable neck that starts relatively thin and thickens up as you make you way up the fretboard. The single P-90 delivers all the growl you could ask for from a vintage Junior. This example weighs 7.62 pounds.
This guitar does not have a serial number so the date of manufacture was determined through information in the Burny catalogs.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The lower back side of the body in particular has some finish cracks and have started lifting from over time. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing. There is a small blemish on the side of the neck that appears to have been touched up. The frets play great with life left, exhibiting only normal play wear. The electronics work as they should.
The volume and tone knobs have been replaced, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
