This is a super cool German made Duesenberg Starplayer Special in gold sparkle finish! The guitar plays and sounds great. This one takes inspiration from the Les Paul design while featuring a 25.5" scale length and tone woods including a maple top over an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional minor scratches along the back of the neck. The pickguard shows a darker age spot in between the pickups and the hardware has normal tarnishing from over time. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The volume pot has been replaced, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
