This 1984 Tokai TSG-50 plays and sounds great! The neck has a medium "C" profile and the guitar is equipped with Tokai '57 PAF Humbuckers. This model was original produced in the mid 80s as a take on the mid-late 1970s Gibson SG, for the Japanese domestic market.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also a small finish chip located on the lower side of the body and the lacquer on the headstock face appears to be cloudy from over time. The binding around the neck has also yellowed and the hardware shows normal tarnishing. The fret are used but otherwise still play great and the electronics work as they should.
This guitar is all original.
