This is a really neat vintage Yamaha N-500 made in Japan! It has only a 5-digit serial code therefore, making this guitar a little more difficult to date. I'm estimating this one to be from around 1981.
This guitar does show some signs of cosmetic wear from over the years. There's several dents and scratches on the front and back of the body. There's also some dents and scuffs on the back of the neck as well as some discoloration in the finish. The headstock also has a couple of dings. There's also a an imprint on the bottom of the guitar where there might have been a sticker at one point. The fretboard also shows some wear, especially by the first two frets.
This guitar appears to be all original.
