This Orville Melody Maker plays and sounds great! This guitar is equipped with a single PAF style humbucker and single volume/tone controls. The neck is pretty slim and feels comfortable to play. This is one of the hardest to find Orville models!
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes light surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware is also starting to show some light tarnish from over time. There's also some small dents and lacquer wear along the edges of the fretboard. The frets play well overall but there is some slight fret buzz on the 8th fret when playing the D string. This is not at noticeable with medium action and when plugged in to the amp.
This guitar is all original.
